  Getting warmer. Four times in two weeks no frozen cokes at approx 230-3pm. Ask why, "don't know". No "sorry". Always when it's close to School finishing, then stuck in the very very slow drive-thru for 15mins to leave with nothing. Get your act together.

  i don't think it even deserves 1 star. Poor customer service. I entered the store at 8.45pm on Saturday night and the staff were standing at the fries station and completely ignored me, though i stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes. i became fed up with the lack of service and walked out of the store. i have never experienced this kind of treatment at another McDonalds store before and i have been to many over the country.. Next time i will refuse to go to Biralee but will travel to another McDonald's because there i know i will be served even though it is well out of my way. Most disappointing store i have ever seen. .

  Very unhygienic, tables/ high chairs always filthy and sticky. Very rude customer service. Food was cold and tasted stale.

  I love drive through for the convenience of my morning coffee. The staff are welcoming and always greet me with a smile and ask how I have been. All I ask is just let me know if there is no full cream milk and I will be a returning customer.

  Took 17 min to get our breakfast even though they were not busy and then our food was cold. Definately will not be returning
